Pricing

Offers and pricing for founder-led thinking partnership work.

I price the work by decision complexity, role level, and continuity. The point is not to charge for talking time alone, but for the quality of attention, mapping, follow-up, and decision support the situation requires.

  • packages first
  • quoted by complexity
  • Europe-based starting points

Pricing logic

The work is usually priced as a package, subscription, or project.

Complex decisions rarely resolve inside one conversation. The real value usually includes the session itself, the map or written summary, the next responsible move, and the follow-up that keeps the decision honest after contact with reality.

Publicly, the simplest explanation is this: the price depends on role level, decision complexity, and work format. A senior specialist with one career question, a manager entering a new role, and a director navigating stakeholder tension do not require the same depth of preparation, context-holding, or recovery.

Offer ladder

Four main ways to work together.

These are the usual containers. Most Europe-based individual engagements begin in these ranges. Senior leadership and United States contexts are often quoted higher.

Regular rhythm

Focused Thinking Subscription

From €150 / month

Regular short sessions for keeping movement, clarity, and responsibility around one active decision or development theme.

  • Usually 2 x 30-minute sessions per month.
  • Best for senior professionals, engineers, managers, and people in transition.
  • Useful when one live question needs rhythm, accountability, and a next responsible move.

Structured package

ValueSpace Mapping Package

From €300

A structured package for mapping a complex decision, clarifying the field, and defining the next responsible move.

  • Usually 2-3 meetings over 2-4 weeks.
  • Best for senior ICs, team leads, managers, and senior managers.
  • Useful for career transitions, role tension, and decisions that need a visible map.

High-context project

Decision Sprint

From €900

A focused engagement for high-context decisions where the client maps tensions, tests movement, and returns with more clarity after real-world contact.

  • Usually 4-6 weeks with 3-5 meetings.
  • Best for managers, senior managers, directors, founders, and heads of function.
  • Useful when the decision needs several iterations, stakeholder handling, or preparation for difficult conversations.

Ongoing advisory

Strategic Thinking Partner

From €1,200 / month

Ongoing thinking partnership for leaders navigating complex roles, stakeholder tensions, and high-cost decisions.

  • Usually 2-4 meetings per month plus light async reflection or map updates.
  • Best for senior managers, directors, founders, and leaders in recurring high-context roles.
  • Useful when continuity itself is part of the value and the decision field keeps evolving.

What shapes price

The number depends on the density of the decision field.

Duration matters, but it is not the whole story.

  • Role level and the amount of context the situation carries.
  • Decision complexity: stakeholders, ambiguity, risk, and follow-up load.
  • Continuity of the work: one question, a short package, or an ongoing partnership.
  • Preparation, map-making, written summary, and async reflection where useful.
  • Market context. Europe-based individual work and senior leadership or US-based work are not priced the same way.

Working notes

A few practical boundaries.

These points keep the pricing legible.

Single conversations

Single sessions can exist as an introduction, diagnostic, or experiment. They are quoted individually and are not the main model for complex work.

What the price includes

When useful, the work may include a visual map, a short written summary, follow-up reflection, or preparation for a difficult conversation.

ValueSpace and founder-led work

ValueSpace can inform the method, but founder-led pricing lives here under Gordev. It does not set pricing for Academy, Companion, licensing, or future practitioners.

Fit

This work is strongest when the question is meaningful, high-context, and worth staying with for more than one conversation.

Next step

A short note is enough to start.

If you want a quote, tell me a little about your role, the decision or transition you are in, and which format seems closest.
