Some capable people are not under-informed. They are under-mapped.

Outside observers prescribe more advice, more courage, or more discipline. This misses the actual issue when the situation contains too many constraints, loyalties, and competing value directions for another slogan to help.

Increase legibility before increasing pressure. Name the real tension. Mark the boundary conditions. Show what future is being bought at what cost.
Some people do not need advice. They need a better model surface.
